Any reports on the Saturday IKF event? How did it go? Kart count?

HHS race was interesting with yet another Karter trying his hand at the wheel in a Mini Stock Car. Andy Smith from Aztec at the wheel finishing first in his main.

Jordan Matson and JD Snyder in Mini Sprints. Congrats to Jordan and DJ finishing 1st and 2nd in the NM Modified Midget 2007 season.

Jordan also ran dual classes piloting Russell Gossets #24 non-wing Sprint. Jordan got his first taste of being in the middle of a 4 car pile up in turn 2 of the 23 car non wing Main.

Interesting Main, 23 starters, 10 finishers, 3 red flags, Early rain made for a very fast track. Chris Spiak did some fancy manuviers and avoided 3 close calls and brought the #17 to the checkered in one piece.

Since no one else is replying I will. It was a great night of racing, great track holding two grooves, and a good kart and QRC count of I believe 34 total. Rather uneventful until Frank Mulkey collided with the hay bales under the flag stand and flipped his kart bringing out a red flag. Main event winners were
Junior 1 4-cycle - Ben Wells
Junior 1 2-cycle - Brianna Franchini
Junior 2 4 cycle - Santiago Tirres
Junior 2 2 cyclc - Ace Eavenson
SuperBox - Clint Miller
Yamaha - Robby Montieth
Unlimited - Paul Franchini
QRC - Jason Grady
